2. These are pictures from Sideman: Pondok Wisata Patal Kikian
Set on a hillside in rural Bali, this is a boutique hotel with 6 or 7 separate small houses, no central dining room. YOu have your own bungalow, and 3 times a day people appear, ask if you ready to eat, and deliver food to your balcony. Down the hill and down the road are a small muslim village, then a small Balinese town, Sideman; up the road are more villages, and amazing scenery. There is not much to besides take in the Sacred Mountain, explore, eat, rest. It's an amazing place. These pictures are all of one cottage, it is all private space. Our cottage also came with lovely books related to the area, and a little photo album showing old photos of former guests including Mick Jagger, Roman Polanski, Nastasia Kinski
